To use LocalLinker, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information about yourself and your business.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your registered websites are legitimately owned or authorized by you

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Registering fake, fraudulent, or non-existent businesses
  • Submitting websites with spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Attempting to manipulate the matching algorithm
  • Using automated bots or scripts to access the Service
  • Participating in link schemes intended solely to manipulate search rankings
  • Violating any applicable law

5. Website Requirements

Websites submitted to LocalLinker must meet our quality standards.

  • Be a legitimate business website with genuine content
  • Have a valid SSL certificate (HTTPS)
  • Contain no adult, illegal, or harmful content
  • Have proper contact information visible
  • Install and maintain the LocalLinker WordPress plugin
  • Maintain active participation in the link exchange network

6. Link Exchange Program

By participating in our link exchange network, you agree to place reciprocal links, maintain them, and accept that your business information will be visible to other members.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by LocalLinker and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Payment Terms

LocalLinker currently offers a free tier during our launch period. Paid subscription plans may be introduced in the future.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any improvement in search engine rankings.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LocalLinker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
